Administrator & Client Support Executive
Full-Time | Office Based | Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm
We are looking for an organised and proactive Administrator & Client Support Executive to join our growing team. This role combines administration, client support, report writing, and outbound calling to existing clients and new leads, within a Financial Advisory / Investment Managemernt firm.
The successful candidate will be confident communicating with clients, managing multiple tasks, and supporting the wider team to deliver excellent service.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing reports and completing administrative tasks
- Maintaining accurate client records and CRM systems
- Handling calls, emails, post, and general office administration
- Making outbound calls to warm and cold leads
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Supporting the sales and advisory teams with day-to-day administration
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and data protection procedures
Requirements
- Previous office administration experience essential
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Confident telephone manner
- Good attention to detail and data entry skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
