About the Role
We are seeking an NEC Project Manager to oversee and deliver major construction and infrastructure projects under NEC contracts.

Managing a broad range of projects, to achieve the best value for the client
To create and develop the success of projects through a clear strategy and proactive commitment
Responsibility for managing the client’s expectations in a competitive environment
Developing ever-stronger client relationships
To take a key role in delivering project team objectives and priorities, working as a proactive team player
To oversee the complete management of projects, including site inspection, monitoring programme and addressing defects
To plan, control and deliver projects to a successful conclusion
To create a team environment in which everyone is committed to producing a quality outcome
To liaise with other members of the team to ensure consistency of service delivery and to identify opportunities for developing both the quality and profitability of the service
To ensure that the Director has qualified information on the progress of each project on a regular basis
To gain the confidence of the client and become the focal point for communication.

Experience required:
Experience of JCT and other standard forms of contract
A strong track record in Project Management, demonstrating a progressive career path
Experience of controlling quality in complex projects.
