HCA / Support Worker - Complex Care

Location: Norfolk & Suffolk

Hours:Day Shifts & Night Shifts, Weekend Shifts available  



Pay:£16.00 - £26.00 per hour

We are seeking   HCA / Support Workersto provide complex care for clients Adults and Children, with a range of complex issues, across Norfolk. This rewarding opportunity allows you to make a meaningful impact to peoples lives, working in supportive, caring environment in a home-based settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality careto client with complex needs
• Ability to communicate clearly & effectively through verbal & written means.
• Strong interpersonal skills, along with empathy
• Must have a calm demeanour and a playful personality
• Maintain clear and accurate care observation records
• Must be able to maintain a high level of personal care

Requirements:

• At least a 1 years’ experience working with Complex Care
• Proven experience in  Complex Care
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the Airmid care team, MDT and family.
• Compassionate, empathetic approach to patient-focused care
• Experience with Tracheostomy, PEG/NG Feeding, Ventilators, Oral Nasal suctioning. (not all essential)
• Experience with Learning Disabilities & challenging behaviour
